If Veil is not right for your setup, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Reply to your purchase receipt or email support@itsveil.com from the address used at checkout. Include your Polar order number or refund ID if available.

After a refund

Polar returns the payment to the original method. Your license is revoked, so new veils cannot start after the app next validates. Any active veil can always be ended and display recovery always remains available.

Hardware compatibility

Please use the free trial to verify every display before purchase. Hardware incompatibility is still covered by this refund policy.
